Reviews of Materials
The centerpiece of the TE-MAT database is the searchable collection of reviews
of materials for pre-service and in-service professional development providers.
Materials have been identified via recommendations from practicing professional
development providers, suggestions from members of professional organizations,
searches of publisher catalogues, and recommendations from database users.
Materials that meet the
criteria for inclusion
in the database undergo an extensive
review process,
culminating in the searchable reviews contained in this database.
In addition to the review itself, the complete record for each material
includes bibliographic information. Information on publishers'/developers'
websites is provided for price information and to order materials.
Users should be aware that newer editions of materials may have been released since reviews were written.
